Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I clean and care for my bed? 🧼
Keeping things fresh is easy! Remove the foam inserts, then pop the covers in the washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Line dry in the shade and let everything dry fully before putting it back together. Keep the foam out of the washing machine.
2. How do I choose the right size? 📏
Measure your dog from nose to the base of their tail, then check our size guide. Between sizes, or have a dog who loves a good stretch? Go for the larger size for a little extra room.
3. My dog isn’t short-legged or a senior. Is this bed still suitable? 🐾
Absolutely! You don’t need short legs to appreciate an easy way in. Our supportive cushion and soft sides are made for everyday lounging, with a low design that’s especially helpful for short-legged dogs, seniors and those with limited mobility.
4. How long does delivery take? 🚚
Delivery’s on us across Australia! Most beds arrive within 4–7 business days after dispatch, though some sizes and locations may take a little longer. We’ll email your tracking details so you can follow your bed’s journey home.
5. Can I return or exchange my bed? ↩️
Not quite the right fit? Get in touch within 14 days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return or size exchange. Your bed needs to be unused, with its original vacuum seal unopened and all packaging and components included.
Email info@cutepaw.com before sending anything back—we’ll help with the next steps. You’ll cover return postage, plus any replacement delivery costs and price difference for exchanges. We don’t charge a restocking fee.
Once the vacuum seal is opened, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your bed arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us—your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
